22bb Club Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Terms of Use

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the platform 22bb Club at https://22bbclub.best, you agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before continuing to use the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 22bb Club ("Platform", "We"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform 22bb Club.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. All service-related communications 22bb Club is available in Bahasa Melayu and English.

To register and use our services 22bb Club, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not acting on behalf of any other individual when registering or playing.

22bb Club strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Each member is permitted to hold only one active registered account. Creating multiple accounts, even under different details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your personal details current through the Account Settings section whenever changes occur. 22bb Club is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by a member.

All financial transactions at 22bb Club processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are specific to the Malaysian market:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks)

Transaction Limit:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: RM50,000 per day (subject to VIP tier)
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request
• Maximum withdrawal: RM30,000 per day (standard members); no limit for Diamond members

22bb Club reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request where suspicious activity is detected, the account has not been fully verified, or bonus wagering requirements have not been met. Funds credited to the account 22bb Club is for entertainment purposes only and does not accrue interest.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you. Use of a third-party payment method without written authorisation from 22bb Club is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 22bb Club is subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements typically range from 1x to 20x depending on the bonus type.
• New member bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Games that contribute toward meeting the wagering requirements, along with their respective contribution percentages, are specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the stipulated timeframe will be automatically forfeited.

VIP Rewards Programme 22bb Club spans five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite and Diamond. The privileges for each tier are as specified on the VIP Rewards. 22bb Club reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure with 30 days' notice to members via email or in-platform notification.

All games offered at 22bb Club — including slots, live table games, poker and jackpots — operate using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The Return to Player (RTP) value for each game is displayed in the respective game information.

General rules applicable to all games:

• The outcome of each round or hand is final once completed. No appeals will be entertained based on assumptions or inaccurate predictions.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active round, the system records 22bb Club will be used to determine the outcome. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be fully refunded.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
• The use of automation software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Free demo play is available for all slots and table games with no deposit required. Winnings in demo mode cannot be converted to real money.

For live casino games, additional terms from the respective game provider (such as Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution Gaming) also apply. 22bb Club is not liable for any disputes arising from decisions made by third-party game providers.

Sports betting section 22bb Club covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup, Olympics), e-sports (MLBB MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2, CSGO, Valorant), basketball, tennis, and over 30 other sports. General Sports Betting rules are as follows:

• Odds Accepted: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of processing. 22bb Club reserves the right to reject or void any bet where a significant odds error has occurred.
• Official Results: Bet outcomes are determined by the official results from the relevant governing body. For the Malaysia Super League, results are based on the full 90 minutes of play unless stated otherwise.
• Void Bets: Bets placed on matches that are postponed, cancelled, or relocated by more than 48 hours will be fully refunded. Matches resumed within 48 hours are considered valid.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets that have been processed cannot be cancelled. Odds are updated every few seconds and bets are accepted at the odds current at the time of processing.
• Parlay: A parlay bet containing one cancelled match will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. A parlay with only one valid selection will be settled as a single bet.
• Cash Out: The cash out function is available on selected bets. The cash out value is determined by 22bb Club based on current odds and is final.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, 22bb Club including your username and password. Recommended security measures:

• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers and symbols (minimum 8 characters).
• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including the support team 22bb Club who will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings for added security.
• Report to support 22bb Club immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

22bb Club is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account, whether by you or any other person, is your sole responsibility.

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform 22bb Club and will result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of others.
• Using a false identity or another person's personal information during registration.
• Using the platform to conduct money laundering activities.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs for financial gain.
• Using automation software, scripts or bots to play or place bets.
• Cheating or colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of table games or poker.
• Systematically abusing the Cash Out function or bonus offers.
• Disrupting platform operations or compromising infrastructure security 22bb Club.
• Placing bets on behalf of others for commercial purposes without written authorisation.

Closure by Member: You may close your account 22bb Club your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance (not subject to bonus conditions) will be returned to you once the standard security review is complete.

Closure by 22bb Club: We reserve the right to close or suspend any account, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Inaccurate registration information or identity fraud.
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from regulatory authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves.

Inactive Account: Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be subject to an administrative fee of RM10 per month. A notice will be sent 30 days before the fee takes effect. Any remaining balance after all fees have been deducted will be returned to the original payment method upon account closure.

22bb Club takes our responsibility for protecting members' personal data seriously. All data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the following principles:

• Data is collected only for the stated purposes and limited to what is strictly necessary.
• All data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL both in transit and at rest.
• Access to member data is restricted to staff who require it to carry out their duties.
• 22bb Club does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with Malaysian authorities if required by law or court order.

22bb Club committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help members manage their playing activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 7-day waiting period before taking effect.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, your account will be restricted from gameplay until the next period begins.
• Session Time Limit: Enable alerts when your gaming session reaches the time limit you have set.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a period of 1 day to 6 months. This request is final and cannot be reversed before the period ends.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. 22bb Club will not permit the same individual to register a new account.

• Service disruptions arising from platform maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gaming or betting outcomes, regardless of the circumstances.
• Device damage, data loss, or internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Acts or omissions of third-party game providers.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from user negligence.

In circumstances where 22bb Club is found liable for any reason, our maximum liability to you shall be limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

22bb Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The notification procedure is as follows:

• Major changes (those that significantly affect members' financial rights) will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect, via email or in-platform notification.
• Minor updates (such as language adjustments, clarifications, or corrections) may take effect immediately upon notice posted on this page.
• The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date of the current version.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of digital platforms. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the platform 22bb Club must first be addressed through our internal resolution process:

1. Member Complaints: Contact our support team 22bb Club via email at support@22bbclub.best or through live chat. Include full details such as your account number, date and the specifics of your dispute.
2. Review: 22bb Club will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
3. Appeals: If you are not satisfied with the review decision, you may submit a written appeal within 14 days. The appeal decision is final.
